3. Courses and Content

All course materials, including text, video, audio, interactive lessons, quizzes, and downloadable assets, are the intellectual property of Infrina Academy or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course content for your own professional development. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share course content without written permission.

4. Certificates and Credentials

Certificates are issued upon meeting the published completion and assessment criteria for a course. Certificate issuance for some courses requires identity verification. Certificates attest to course completion only; they are not academic degrees or professional licenses. We may revoke certificates obtained through misrepresentation, plagiarism, or assessment misconduct. Employers and third parties can confirm a certificate's authenticity through our public verification page.

5. Identity Verification

Where a course requires identity verification for certification, you agree to submit a genuine government-issued identity document in your own name. Submitting falsified documents or documents belonging to another person is grounds for immediate account termination.

6. Payments

Some courses or plans may be offered for a fee. Prices are shown before purchase and are charged in the displayed currency. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers; we do not store your card or bank details. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: share account access; attempt to bypass assessment integrity measures; scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform; upload unlawful or harmful content; or use the Services to infringe the rights of others.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not guarantee any specific professional or career outcome from completing a course.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infrina Academy's total liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections 3, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the platform or by email, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
