Refund Policy

Free Courses
Courses offered at no charge are not subject to refunds. You may unenroll at any time.
Paid Courses
If you purchase a paid course, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 25% of the course content and have not been issued a certificate for it. Once a certificate has been issued, the purchase is non-refundable.
Subscriptions and Plans
If subscription plans are offered, you may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period. Charges already made for the current period are non-refundable, except where required by law.
How to Request a Refund
Send your request through our contact page from the email address on your account, including the course name and purchase date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Exceptional Circumstances
If a technical fault on our side prevents you from accessing a course you paid for, and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the windows above.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you hold under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
