A practical, hands-on course for HR professionals who want to move from AI-aware to AI-capable. You will not become an engineer. You will learn to apply AI to the work you already do — writing job descriptions, screening candidates, drafting sensitive messages, and turning people data into decisions — without crossing legal or ethical lines.
The course is built on two frameworks you will carry for the rest of your career:
- The 5A Pyramid — the five levels of value AI creates in HR: Automate, Assist, Analyze, Advise, Augment.
- The PEOPLE Method — a six-part checklist for writing HR prompts that protect candidate and employee data.
By the end you will run a real HR task end-to-end with AI and defend every step to your leadership and legal team.
